As you so specificly pointed out a few weeks ago, it is against the rules of Bid or Buy to rate someone before transaction is completed or overdue. Payment on this item has been done, you just mailed it, all within regulation guidelines, so how can you rate this transaction? Seller can handle negative critisism, all buyers beware of this seller.
