Unknown 80186

Selling this old portable computer. It doesn't run.  Plugging it in and turning it on it only produces a soft sound and the LCD screen flickers a bit. I suspect maybe the PSU is faulty as it doesn't even power the fan.

I am unsure what exactly it is. I did open it so I know it has unusually an 80186 CPU, can't say how much RAM it has. No HDD of any sort. Two 5 1/4" floppy disk drives. Aesthetically it's very clean and in quite good condition, just a bit of cracking on the casing at the rear right side and the latches for the display don't lock anymore.

Included is the carrying case, a power cable and a few floppy disks (don't know if they work or what's on them).
