unknown cloth patch/ badge (suspected SAP unofficial) - nr 3

Here on auction we have an "UNKNOWN" cloth patch badge/ flash nr 3 suspected as SAP circa 1993 period BUT likely if SAP at minimum an unofficial badge used unapproved.

This patch/ badge/ flash is a screenprinted on thin cloth item.
