unknown model SADF era used radio handset as per pics - similar to std type BUT different fittings?

A rare and lucky find!!!

Here on auction we have an unknown type, use and model SADF era used (came with a strange backpack frame as well all together marked with a SADF ICN number '18" ) radio handset as per pics - similar to std type BUT different fittings (?) - and in overall good clean used condition.

PLEASE NOTE it appears as if one connector at the base may be missing? As found item sold for display purposes.
