4. Now go to SETTINGS, turn AIRPLANE MODE ON and wait until you see ‘No SIM Card Installed’. Then turn off AIRPLANE MODE; your phone should have signal after a few seconds.

5. Reboot - Done, from here it's fully automated (Untethered)!

Note: Untethered unlock means you don't have to do the manual unlock procedure every time you reboot your iPhone 4.
