Unnamed WW2 Group - 1939-45 Star - Air Crew Europe Star - Defence Medal - War Medal. Unmounted but with original ribbons. With the following documents.
1 Southern Rhodesia Issue slip with typed name Sgt. J.B. Smith (original NOT copy) "who did not live to receive them".
2 11th page of the Roll, as found in Volume 2 of "The War History of Southern Rhodesia 1939-45" by J.F. McDonald.
3 Copy of Letter from No 102 Squadron RAF. Nothing heard of him since 26th June 1942.
4 Copy of telegram to Airgroup Salisbury re disappearance of aircraft of attack on Bremen.
5 Copy of letter re Medal Entitlements of Southern Rhodesia Deceased RAF Personnel.
6 Copy of telegram to High Commissioner for Southern Rhodesia.
7 Commemorated in perpetuity by the Commonwealth War Graves Commission.
