UNUSED PARKER BALL POINT (DIPLOMATIC SECURITY).

A gift to a former close protector from a US foreign dignitary. Due to non-use the ink cartridge could be dry and would need to be replaced. The Diplomatic Security insignia is positioned near the top of the clip. (Section jutting out on the right is insignia;  side view only.) Sorry the pic is a bit poor in that there is some light reflection in the centre. Colour: Royal blue
