Unusual and Rare BeswicK Pedestal Vase

Very Unusual John Beswick Pedestal Vase with handpainted victorian pictorial scene on the vase, the base is painted with the house in beautiful shades of green, blue, brown and rust, the vase has handles on each sideand could be used as a planter, the vase is backstamped Beswick Ware England 6638,the vase has no chips or cracks and stands 23.5cm high x 22cm  I have not seen another with this pattern,so I can assume that it is a Rare item!!!!!
