A natural gemstone has been set into 9 carat gold in such a way that the first letter of each stone represents the word "dearest". The gemstones (in order!) include Diamond, Emerald, Amethyst, Ruby, Sapphire and Topaz. Each gemstone has been claw-set into a heart-shaped individual setting. Kind of romantic without being over the top! They remain highly sought after in the European and UK market.

The gold is 9 carat gold. Its a small size ring (L in British and SA sizes or 5/half in the USA). The shank is nice and solid giving it a surprisingly modern feel for an essentially romantic piece of jewellery. It would make a lovely and rather special stacking ring.
