UNUSUAL DESIGN SKY BLUE TOPAZ AND NANO SAPPHIRE STERLING SILVER 925 RING WITH ENAMEL DETAIL

 GORGEOUS SKY BLUE TOPAZ SOLITAIRE STERLING SILVER RING WITH NANO SAPPHIRE AND ENAMEL ACCENTS. 925 

This piece has a most unusual design - the ring head is a solitaire Sky Blue topaz, claw set in sterling silver, framed by a ring of small bright natural nano sapphires, round cut and set into a circular sterling silver base. The area within the circular ring into which the sapphires are set, presents itself with an interestingly dark oxidised design feature. The 9mm diameter ring head sits on a medium width sterling silver shank that is softly rounded, with cream enamel rising from low on the shoulders, decorated with organic sterling silver strands that wind diagonally across the shank. The cage that holds the ring head has a contemporary simplicity, with openwork underneath the topaz to give maximum sparkle. The piece bears the 925 hallmark indicating sterling silver, weighs a good 2,7 grams, and sits snugly on the finger. It is really unusual - quite different to anything I have seen before and is both pretty and strong in design!
