UNUSUAL HANDCRAFTED PERIDOT STERLING SILVER RING. Hand Hammered feature

A handcrafted piece of jewellery, all crafted in solid sterling silver. The ring head measures 2,3 x 2,3 cm (23 x 23 mm) and is designed to present layers of sterling silver, separated by tactile raised ridges. The layer nearest the gemstone has been oxidised to create a contrast dark finish. The stone itself is an earth-mined Peridot, 6 x 6 mm square cut. The shank is polished silver, measuring 6 mm all the way round. It weighs 9 grams, is ring size 8,25 (Q/half in British and SA sizing) and is hallmarked 925 for sterling silver as well as the jeweller's signature.
