UNUSUAL "LEOPARD" PATTERN CUBIC ZIRCONIA IN SOLID STERLING 925 SILVER EARRINGS. ROSE HUE FINISH

These earrings are most unusual, both in design and colour! The shape is a long triangle with rounded points and gently curved; the earrings are hinged in the middle, with a shaft that fits neatly through a hole in the back triangle, creating a particularly secure closure. A leopard skin design created purely by a pavé setting of a multitude of cubic zirconias, all claw set, in white, champagne and black, form the face of the earring. When designing the earrings, the jeweller has considered the rear view of the earrings, and reverse of the earring is an openwork, almost Celtic design that provides interest as well as keeping the weight down. The earrings are hallmarked '925' for sterling silver. Interestingly, the jeweller has finished the sterling silver structure with a bonded rose gold hue. I am not normally attracted to jewellery that is all cubic zirconia, but these are so unusual and they have good glitter without being bling or cheap looking. Very African, very modern and pretty amazing on!
