STRONG BROAD HIGH-SHINE STERLING SILVER SHANK 925
The simple design of a this large and unusual natural stone will appeal to someone who enjoys real gemstones as they are found in the earth. The unfaceted tanzanite gemstone bezel set in broad band sterling silver makes quite a statement! The large ring measures 23mm longways up the finger x 15mm across the ring head and sits a splendid 10mm above the finger. The actual bezel setting is a very deep cuff of sterling silver. The rough tanzanite has a deep purple colour and the texture of the natural gemstone adds interest. The sterling silver shank is slim underneath the finger, widening swiftly on the shoulders to support the ring head. There is openwork beneath the tanzanite to allow light into the stone and maximise the glow. Very hefty at 7,07 grams, the ring sits comfortably and snugly on the finger. The shank is a beautiful expanse of high-shine polished sterling silver. Very minimalist - a perfect backdrop to the naturalness of the stone. Well crafted, and handcrafted, this piece bears the 925 hallmark indicating sterling silver. Unusual, big and bold and completely natural!
