Unusual See GReen Fantasy UNder the Sea Dress with colourful flair.

This Unusual, very unique dress won the Bling Fashion Design '09 award for best Evening Formal Wear.  The combination of colours makes this dress ideal for beautiful photo's etc.  The dress was Designer by a young student designer from her own Design house,  THE MBSTEYN FASHION HOUSE.

The reason why the dress is only R100 is because unfortunately the dress has been worn quite a lot during the fashion show and photo shoots, and therefore is not in it's original condition.  The skirt itself has two tears, which can not be seen with the naked eye.  and the top and skirt's material has deteriated a bit.  I tell you all these things so that you know when you recieve the dress it will not be brand new.

The designer on the other hand suggest to rather make this exact dress all over again for anyone interested.  Only one copy of this dress will be made, and if this is done, the current dress will not be sold.  The dress will be custom made to the exact measurements of the client.  I do suggest this option.  If this is the case the cost's is as follows:

Material and decorative item cost's= R1000  (This dress uses a lot of material, all together it's about 15m.

Designer fee R700  (this fee includes copyright only to the designer)

Packiging and courier R100

The client is also issued with a Certificate of the dress's originality as well as a Design Certificate from the Fashion House of MBSteyn.
