UNUSUAL VINTAGE LARGE RUBY RAISED CLUSTER!

This vintage piece of jewellery is very unusual. It features 48 beautiful round faceted red rubies that are between 2 mm and 2,4 mm. The total is between 1,44 carats and 1,92 carats. The shank splits into five as it approaches the head of the ring. The gold is yellow 14 carat gold and at 4,3 grams it is nice and substantial. The ring head itself is a ball shape. The top of the ball is raised 10 mm above the finger. It is quite an old piece. The hallmarks are very worn rendering them difficult to read. I had the ring jeweller authenticated and certified. It comes with a jeweller certificate for R18'057.
