When Eskom power is on, the inverter uses Eskom power and the smart charger will charge and maintain the battery batteries in parallel . When Eskom power is off, the inverter will automatically transfer to battery power (10ms) and will supply 220Vac until the draw down depletes the battery to 10.5Vdc

Its' high-speed built-in battery smart charger helps convert grid power into DC power for charging the batteries with the built-in 15 Amp smart charger( requires Minimum 100amp deep cycle battery not included); It works together with batteries to provide uninterrupted power for a load of up to 1000w continuous use with a peak load of 2000w. Its' output is a universal socket converted to South African plug with 3 point 6amp universal plug low voltage USB socket . The short circuit protection is added into its' standard design. The cool casing and inner fan also help improve its' performance
