Identifying plate Type:
- Type V has wide breaks in top and bottom oval frame lines. The left and right sides have been partially erased see attached picture to be used as the guide for Type identification.
Condition:
- 2 Very wide margins and 2 standard margins (as per Scott Specialised which specifies this issued stamps have small or very small margins).
- Few short perfs.
- Very-fine design positioning as per Scott Specialised.
- The Plate guideline in right margin is sought after by collectors doing stamp plating.
- Stamp shows vibrant blue colour, and clear lines (no fading or unclear design feautures).
