Delivery
Please provide your telephone number when ordering, as we need to enter it when addressing your parcel.
Shipment from China will be made using the international postal method of our choice. Generally, that will be Registered Airmail International Small Packet, for which you may expect 10-20 working days for delivery. You will be provided a tracking number and tracking website. Final delivery will be made by the South Africa Postal Service.
In the event that Customs assesses an import duty on the contents of your parcel, you will be responsible for paying the duty and any related processing fee in order to receive the parcel from SAPO.
