This programmer will program most of the PIC devices in the 12F, 16F and 18F range including the 18F2550 and 18F4550 which have a full USB 2.0 port on-chip.

No external power supply required as it is powered by the USB port.

This programmer is ideal for beginners as it show by means of screen shots how to configure the programmer, use the IDE to write a program in PICBasic, compile the program and writing the object code to the PIC.

Data sheets of the most popular PIC's are included on the CD as well as two PICBasic compilers and a well documented tutorial on how to program these devices in PICBasic.
