Conditions of SALE.

1.) Items are described as they are and any defects will be mentioned or shown in photo. If there is something wrong with the item please let us know before you rate so that we can resolve it. 2.) Refunds are to be completed in 7 days. Some items are not refunded such as bulk sales. If an item is not refunded or guaranteed it will be stated. 3.) Combining for up to 30 days, no more than 10kg. If your parcel is more than 10kg you will have to book a second order. 4.) We do not take responsibility for courier damage and claims must be completed via Bob for such. Please note glass and porcelain is NOT guaranteed and no refunds are given on courier damage. 5.) We endeavour to ship items the moment it is paid but we may ship the weekend after payment is received. You will be updated. 6.) Collections are allowed. 7.) Items MUST be collected within 30 days. After that a storage fee of R50 is charged per month. Any item not collected in 3 months is sold to recover losses and to pay for storage. No refunds on items not collected within 3 months. 8.) All orders must be paid before the next Tuesday Auction. Orders not paid (unless you arranged or are combining) will be cancelled and a negative rating will be given. 9.) If you want to combine please check out as collection or combine with previous order. We will notify you when you have reached your limit of items/weight. 10.) We endeavour to assist our buyers in any way we can and you are welcome to use the messaging system to ask questions, make offers or discuss any other questions.
