Seller status – Although our credit records are in excellent standing with all relevant authorities, we were at this time unable to obtain verified seller status due to location abroad (only). We do have insurances in place to safe-guard our products. In due time, we expect to resolve the issue upon establishing a good reputation on BidorBuy.
Orders - Orders are processed within 48 hours after having received payment.
Payment – Payment is required within 24h after having placed an order. Payment is accepted via Cash Deposit (please add R14 to fees), Electronic Transfer and International Remittance. Payment can be made into SA bank account. If payment is made from a non-ABSA account, please allow a business day or 2 to clear. Foreign Exchange rates may affect the price.
Stock - Stock may become depleted without prior notice. Stocks may be discontinued even after you have placed an order. Please confirm availability before making purchase. Should we be unable to fill your order due to unavailability of stocks, we will immediately refund you.
Delivery estimates - Delivery times are not guaranteed. Some factors are not within our control, e.g. delays at CUSTOMS / SAPO. We employ Taiwan Postal Services. International Delivery (by air) averages 15 working days. EMS, available at a premium, averages 8 business days. Delivery times exclude processing by Customs and SAPO.
Insurance/Registration – We include tracking, registration or insurances for all parcels.
Shipping rates - We offer a minimum shipping rate of R40 for parcels. Rates progressively increase according to weight and dimensions of parcel. We offer a total fee for your convenience in our listings, inclusive of cost, delivery and registration/insurance.
Other fees - SAPO may charge a R25 handling fee. Customs may apply 14% VAT, depending on each case. Duties may apply. We do not accept responsibility for fees incurred at Customs / SAPO. Please update yourself with relevant sources if further information is required.
Collection of parcel – Item is shipped to your nearest SAPO branch. Upon collection, please have SA ID ready. VAT and handling fees are paid in cash at SAPO. If buyer is unavailable for collection, and parcel is shipped back, buyer is held responsible for return fees and taxes (5% of value) upon import to Taiwan.
Ratings - Upon receiving payment, a positive rating will be given. We appreciate mutual interaction in this regard. If we fell short on service or product offering, please get in touch so we can rectify the issue. Please rate us on service and product quality, and not the speed of delivery as we cannot control the rate of processing as performed by CUSTOMS / SAPO.
