I bid for 2 holidays on this sytem on 16 january 2003. Now more than a year later with numerous faxes/ phone calls and email - and after having paid my money - I have not heard another word. The one time I got Jess Grunenn on the phone he was too busy to speak to me ( his customer), but promised to call me back the next day. Have never heard another word, or received my holiday.

This was an excellent deal. I stayed 2 nights with my family in utmost luxury at this beautifull resort for less than R800!

Don't think these people actually exist. 8 months later, still waiting for my holiday information. Calling them is futile as they never pick up or return messages. They never respond to e-mails either. Very disappointed!!!!!!!

Pleased about winning - but think that the 4-6 or even longer waiting period is downright ridiculous.The communication after the winning bid took over 2 weeks. Does not inspire confidence in me!!!

Absolutely shocking service. While I did forward payment information, another request for money was sent. I notified them that I had already done this, and will not risk a double debit. So far, not even a simple e-mail to confirm receipt of any of my e-mails

I am still waiting for some sort of response. I have asked the seller to consider using the Thirt Facility in view of the numerous negative ratings received, however I still have not received a reply. Computer problems I can understand, however poor service is not acceptable. Buyers beware !!

I know that "EUROPENET" has wonderful auctions. I have bought from them before, and have been totally satisfied with the quality of the item, be it a holiday package or whatever. My problem with them lies in the fact that once the auction is successful, it appears sometimes almost impossible to get in touch with them, or to elicit details about payment / vouchers etc. from them. If they would correct this GLARING fault, they would ALWAYS be worth bidding on, no matter what they have on offer.

I REALLy do not enjoy giving negative ratings. But, when an item is won, and the only response from the buyer is silence, it is hard to find anything positive to say. Maybe it's the time of the year (just before Christmas.) Having said this, if an item is advetised for sale at this time of year, the service that follows should still be of an acceptable standard. I cannot say that about the service on this auction.

I have used this particular supplier on another auction website as well (M-Web Auctions.) Always a prompt massage informing me of winning the auction - good! Always a struggle to get answers and/or vouchers from them. Same with this auction. Have e-mailed X3 asking for payment details - still NO response.

Europenet's computer had viruses (thought they wuld have some sophisticated anti vrus installed!) Have phoned often and faxed copy payment through on 26 Nov 2002. Refaxed on Thursday, 5 Dec 02. Calls are not returned but have been told that they are getting through the backlog. Expected results by Friday 6 Dec but still nothing!!!

HOWEVER, OVER RECENT MONTHS THE TLC SYSTEM HAS SUBSTANTIALLY SLOWED DOWN IN THE RAPIDITY OF PROCESSING THE WINNERS AND SENDING OUT THE OFFICIAL TLC VOUCHERS. I won the bid in the begining of August 2002 and paid the next day. It has been more than 4 months and to date I have not received my vouchers. I have sent numerous emails and phoned , there has been no response.
