Good product. I can confirm that the goods were airfreighted at a cost of +/- Aus $16.50 given an exchange rate of R5.2:1 then his charge of R100 for shipping is fair.
Have submitted a claim with the Australian Post Office for a missing parcel. No hope however if package is lost, as my offer to insure the item was not taken up by purchaser. I believe that the item is just being hold up at the South African customs due to all the public holidays. Responded 28 Apr 2006
Have contacted the buyer with regards to the alleged fake stone. I have requested that the buyer sends me a written confirmation that the stone is fake so that I could forward it to my supplier for a refund. Still waiting on him....... Responded 28 Apr 2006

My aplogies for not letting you know that the item was mailed a day after your deposit had shown in the account. And as mail takes about 7 to 10 workdays from Australia to South Africa, you have probably not yet received your purchase. Upon closer inspection of ring, 2 topazes on either side of big stone missing. Contacted seller about it, still received no response. Suppose I must now just grin and bear it . . .
