This seller is in France, has no real positive seller's record, insists to be paid in hard currency without pre-invoice, refuses to negotiate, even if my view is supported by BorB salesstaff. I advice not to trust this person. Better a negative rating then losing my money! Responded 14 Dec 2001
very childish-goes and gives incorrect ratings without verifying the truth with his daughter (whom he nominated for the transaction). waited until receiving the item before paying, contrary to agreement. Get everything in writing from this guy to avoid misunderstandings.
Nouserid deliberately evaded to provide information on failing laptop facilities, while suggesting a much higher value then the real value. Upon confronting him on this he became rude, refused to come to a compromise, and closed all communication. Not a seller to trust. Responded 13 Aug 2001
He does not follow through with auctions, and fails to understand that once an item has been bid on, and he wins, he is legally required to pay. He harrassed me after winning one of my auctions to the point where I had to block his email.
After the auction Blerk was paid. 2 Days after receiving the laptop we were instructed to return the unit (as the unit was stolen(?) He refunded the money but failed to honour his promise to provide an alternative unit. Not a seller to trust. Responded 13 Aug 2001
