Sorry bout the box, I sent it from work, but the original box was at home. I appologise bout the shipping delay, but as you say, it was not my fault. Enjoy the modem!!!! :)
Post negative remark without contacting me first that he is not happy with the product he got. I am more than willing to exchange it for something that will suit his need better. The winning price was almost a free giveaway for a product that is worth a lot more. Wish buyer just contact sellers before posting bad ratings first. Would still be more than willing to exchange the product for him for another one, even if at a further financial loss to myself. Strive to keep buyers content.
I'm SORRY about the negative remark. Had no idea you had other modems. Younever mentioned anything when I commented to you that the modem is old andmight not work on my machine! Would be very pleased if you could please swapit for one with PCI slot. :-))Also very expensive in terms of price of second hand modems, for me todriver there or send you postage money. Any ideas?
