The TV was advertised as New. Payment was done upfront.
The TV turns out to be faulty, used TV. About 30% of the picture is cutoff on the sides.
Contacted the seller, was supposed to be replaced two weeks ago. Not done so yet.
Last week, left a message for the seller to contact me, hasn't returned my call yet.
Totally disappointed with the transaction.
I agree, I would have also given myself a negative rating for this transaction. I was relying on my supplier to complete the transaction as he promised but he kept disappointing me. I'm truely sorry for this poor service delivery. I have subsequently disassociated myself from him due to his lack of customer attention. From now on I will only sell items where I control the delivery of the product... Sorry once again. (So much for drop shipping!!) Responded 11 Jul 2005
