I received the phone promptly and as advertised, Suncine was helpful when I had a problem with the post office here in SA. A charge of R433.00 had to be paid before the phone could be collected even though Suncine had paid the shipping.The reason for the charge by the post office is not clear from the invoice ( I did not collect the phone myself or I would have questioned the charge ),and by the BoB feed back it looks like no one else has had this problem .
