Nogap gifts went out of our way to please this client. We received the sucesfull bid at 9 o'clock in the morning and it was delivered before 5:30 that afternoon. We don't know what we should do to please this client.
I'm not going to argue this point because I have better things to do. My philosophy is that honesty is best. If you have a two-day delivery policy then state so at the beginning, not at the end, of the day. If your driver is lost, admit it, don't say that traffic is bad. Goods were received at 17h50 and not 17h30. Honesty is the best policy ... maybe not best for business but clients appreciate it. Responded 11 Jun 2002
