Delivery was really speedy and quality of goods better than expected. Denis was also very quick with responding to my e-mails. Althouth there was a minor hickup, doing businessn with him was a pleasure.

Response and delivery very quick. Unfortunately quality of items disappointing and colours received are drab and unexciting. Product picture on BidorBuy definately not representative of what was received.
I have still not received my goods...but i hav ebeen told by the seller they are on the way. Up to date i am very impressed with the seller.

I paid for my goods on the website, as was advised. On the 13 Jan 2003 I was emailed a receipt to say my transaction was approved. Not long after I received the goods. They were as advertised & I was very happy with the quality and price paid. No problems as yet. Today, 21 Feb 2003, I received an email from BidorBuy to say "A Sale Not Complete (SNC) Alert has been filed against you by the seller denisluxey". So why do I have a SNC filed against me???

Received my goods as promised.....and in good condition. Just shocked that I was charged a 50% duty on the items by customs.....which made it expensive at the end.
I do not feel responsible for exagerated customs taxes in South Africa. Generally, the packages I send to your country arrive without being checked by customs. You were not lucky and I do not understand why I should pay by a neutral note. In France, in such a case the taxe is 7 % !In ZA it is just protectionism. Denis Luxey Responded 12 Jan 2003
I am a also little concerned with the way in which this bid was handled. The price I bid and won on was not the price charged. You had to go onto the website and then pay in dollars and not in rands. Not economically viable, I'm afraid.
However, I still wanted to commence the sale, and the seller was unco-operative. The seller insisted on using their website, rather than just concluding the deal.
When I expressed unhappiness regarding this, the seller never returned my emails.
This rating is unacceptable because :- it is clearly stated that the product is a brazilian one.- the shipping costs are paid by seller. Responded 13 Jun 2002
I am in total agreement with the comments made by Mother01. The final price of the item won excluding shipping would have been ¿40% more the price the item was won at.
