Recieived a used unit that was faulty and returned it to the seller within 24 hours.this was two months ago and despite some initial promises to replace the item, to date I have not received anything and he doesn't reply my mail. Not an honest seller at all.
Just as I expected form the negative ratings that I had read. The aerial does not fit into the remote box because the thread is incorrect. Can not fly the heli because I'm afraid the wings might fall off. No. No good. Not a happy customer and will certainly be sending the product back for a full refund. Thank you.
Firstly, I would have liked that you contact me before giving me bad rating - secondly, I did contact you and asked you to make sure that the charger is not in the box, sometimes the charger is underneath the chopper. You never replied - does that mean you found the charger? - I asked you to check and let me know as I would send you a charger if that one is not there. Let me know if you have found it... Delivery was good, but the product is useless. The heli spins out of control before it even takes off and it soon loses direction. I have sent an email to the supplier and to my dismay, he never responded. I will never deal with this supplier again since he has proven to be disloyal, and personally, it was a waste of money.
item does not work,has never worked since i recieved the product.seller promised extra item and have still not arrived,does not stick to his word.constant emails sent to him regarding product not working and no reply and is over a week old and still waiting on answers.overall just not a good buy after all.
I recently purchased a RC helicopter from this seller and the product was advertised as new and ready to fly. To my disgust the helicopter was not only used, as could be clearly seen, but the tail of the thing spun totally out of control as it did not respond at all to the controller. I could also see that the chip box had been tampered with. I don't recomend you buy from this seller and doubt I will ever do business with him again.
