Did not answer email, did not answer calls till the second day after the auction had closed. When finally answered cell phone, refused to complete transaction. Claimed sum was too low, even though there was no reserve amount. Claimed that it was BidorBuy's fault for not removing the auction at his request after he had 'mistakenly' submitted it incorrectly.
Won this auction closing on the 22nd of feb 2003 and seller refused to sell to me at the price I won the bid with.Then re-listed this item the following week.The seller stays in a different city to the goods on auction and wasent able to complete the transaction within a 2 week period.Seller should have set a reserve on the item.
