Sadly due to matters of severe abuse and disrespect it was not possible to make this buyer happy as his Blind bitterness and rage would not permit me to resolve this problem amicably...Buyer continually abused the Q&A forum in a most predjudicial infantile manner contrary to popular belief Slander,Blackmail and Propeganda is not the way to resolve Buisiness matters and should have no place on Bidorbuy

I could'nt get hold of Steve (apparantly he dropped his cellular phone)I had no choice but to voicemail, e-mail and/or request him on the Q&A forum for the same product to contact me. He eventually phoned me to my work tel. (he knew my cellular no. but refused to phone it because his landline account gets to high). Before we could reach an acceptable sollution he put the phone down in my ear. I gave up and e-mailed Steve "DON'T BOTHER TO REFUND ME OR TO REPLACE THE ITEM. YOU KEEP MY MONEY" Responded 07 Jun 2005

This buyer is a very serious customer, you have to 100% take care and 100% fast response always within few minutes to keep him happy. Very lock this time, I make him happy, I think.
This buyer gives neutral rating only 1 minute after auction. I e-mail him within 10 minutes after auction closed and have item posted within few hours.
Tracking number as proof of shipment was sent by seller to buyer on 25/07/02 at 08:55. By 26/07/02 at 11:00 relevant tracking number is not on system at Speed Services or Post Office. Auction closed at night/after hours. Responded 26 Jul 2002
