Strange for them to rate me if I have not yet bought an item. I won a bid from them on the 29th of March (today is 10th April) but after many emails asking for payment details and other info, I have yet to recieve a reply. This stone was meant ot be a gift for my mom. Now I know not to buy from an off shore seller.
I am still learning the hard way not to buy from off-shore dealers. Paid R1000.00 plus $15.00 postage. Since then no goods received, no replies to emails, no chance of getting a refund.

After asking for certificates to be sent and also banking details etc, I have had no positive response. The seller seems shifty, unreliable and dishonest. If there was clear and open communication maybe my opinion will change, but not likely after monitoring this seller for quite a while and how he's treated other buyers as well.

As Stated with Mr. Rupping's case, I have just taken over Customer Service. If janet will please contact me I will be more than happy to take care of everything. Or if the admins here could resend the end of auction email I will contact her. I do not have all of the emails received prior to my taking over this position. This user is an absolute waist of time. The Auction I won Closed 2 May 04 and today is the 28 th of May 04 and the only time he did contact me was in responce to a final warning from bid or buy, with a lame reason for his bad behaviour. I strongly advise you not to do business with this user.
