I don't know what the circumstances are surrounding the failure of this buyer to fulfil their obligations, which is why I have given a neutral rating and not a negative.
The VGA card I bought was in good condition, reasonable packaged (not in original packaging), however there was no accompaning paperwork and the CD containg the drivers was infected with a virus. Other than that the seller was accomodatiing and helpfull on delivery. I would buy from the seller again.
