The excuse is becoming all to common (having seen two others), "I'm away on business etc." there are ways around this - the postal services will hold you goods in your absence if asked to do so. A little better planning on your part could lead to a lower number of negative comments. I did not offer shipping (if you had read the details correctly) but in this instance made the exception to enquire on costs to have this take place for you and yet the outcome has been a waste of time.
