Before I made the deposit, I spoke to the seller on the telephone, asking him if the software to edit the videos on the computer, is included. He replied that it is. I made the deposit and received the camera. After receiving it, I e-mailed him asking where the software was and until today I have had no reply. When I bid on an article I am supposed to pay for it by law. What happens when the stuff arrives and not everything is included in the package? Who does the law protect then?
I made a simple mistake by leaving out the disk and you give a negative rating! You have never phoned me once to ask for the software. I have been away on conference so was not able to answer your e-mail. I will post the disk on now that I know! I suggest you get all the facts before you lay a negative comment. Responded 10 Mar 2004
