This buyer bid on an item and reneged. He never read our terms and conditions and then tried to pin the blame on us. We had the item in stock. He decided he didn't want it. I certainly don't think that this is good business practice. I ended up filing an SNC which is very unfortunate.
After bidding on the item, the seller informed me I had to wait 4 weeks for an item that I could buy immediately AND cheaper from a shop. I did apologise for not going through with the auction, but why must I pay more for an item I can get cheaper and immediately from a formal shop. Incurred cost?!? - rubbish - file an SNC and BOB refunds you the money. Responded 25 Mar 2006
It is such a pleasure dealing with a bidder of such high integrity. The deal was handled professionally and efficiently. Payment was made at lightning speed. A role-model bidorbuyer. I look forward to more in the future.
The transaction never took place, because it was my first transaction on bid or buy, but he was very understanding about it. so thank u for being understanding. But did u have to give me a negative rating :(
