It has now been almost 3 weeks, after phone calls and many emails, the seller has still not contacted me to conclude the sale. It has been frustrating as my son was desperate for this phone. I have no alternative but to cancel the transaction.
As this buyer completed other transactions subsequent to winning this auction, there is no reason for not having completed this transaction. No response received to e-mails or to SNC warning from BidorBuy.
Sale did not complete. Buyer says my bank details were wrong, but despite multiple e-mails confirming that the details are in fact correct, he made no further attempt to conclude the deal.
