I have not heard from the seller since the bid closed. I also have taken note of fraudulent transactions experienced by the other bidders and I am glad that he never contacted me. Otherwise, I would also have been a statistic. Bidorbuy should definitely look into such sellers' history and take them off their list.
this DOOS will be cying soon...in jail... I have taken legal action and I will press charges... maybe you all should do the same... scum like this belongs in jail along with rapists... maybe he'll enjoy their company..
I am just glad that i am used to phoning before depositing as instructed. Complete fraudster. A complete chop to to give banking details. You will be nailed mate. It doesn't take a genius to track someone down with banking details.
Same as all the others ... a fraudster ... Bid or Buy should consider doing something about this as it ruins your site, I know I won't be buying again soon.
Bid-or-Buy must have insurance against fraudulent transactions done by sellers. Sellers should pay for this as part of their ability to sell their products. Who'll repay the money that honest buyers lost? If anyone finds out info on this guy please contact me. I also want a piece of him. To bid-or-buy you lost another honest buyer as I will not be burned again!

This person is a complete fraud. I am laying criminal charges against him. I urge anyone else who has been duped by him to do the same. This is a poor reflection on bid or buy, and perhaps they should try to protect their buyers a bit better

I've been had as well. Mr L J Nieuwoudt of Tableview let it be known that I am in Cape Town as well and will be laying criminal charges against you, thats the good news, you will be surprised how far someone will go when they have been scammed even if only for R100-00.
What more can I say about this seller than everyone else have said. In blind faith pay money over and then never hear from this guy again. Send e-mails to his mail address, that now all of a sudden, does not exist. As PalmV said, this is fraud and to add some more - crimin injuria as well (just view his response to kobuscronje). I suggest that Bid Or Buy verify ID numbers when opening seller acounts. A simple check with ITS or i-Digital or Experian will do. Charge for it if it is too expensive. we must safegaurd our comminity from the boys from Madrid and the likes of hobbymaster.
Apart from one e-mail acknowledging receipt of my payment, no further contact. Telkom says that they know nothing about hobbymaster@telkomsa.net although I sent e-mail to that account. The cell phone number is inoperative and it appears the ID is fake. The bank account is with FNB Table View in another name.
This is a case of fraud. Adding up the won auctions I can see, he/she has taken some R5000 off the Bid Or Buy community.
I arranged to fetch the item at his home in Port Elizabeth. False address, his cell is off, bank acc in name of Niewoudt and not Siebers, Tableview branch (Cape Town) is a bit far from PE! I hope Bidorbuy cancel this guy's account and ban him from any future auctions!
Sent emails and tried to phone...no reply!!! As you can see by thisn users ratings, he is a fraud. I hope bidorbuy starts to take abuse like this more seriousyl!
