I've won 2 cargo-nets, 100 pack dvd cases + a guided leveler for R266. The postage was R170, and I paid in full (R436). Since 24 May '06 I lodged more than 20 enquiries, made calls & complained but up to now I' just have 10 dvd cases and a guided leveler. My enquiries as to what happended to the other products or the remaining R350 is just ignored! No excuse for poor service.

Still waiting for my product - have sent so many chaser mails and it is now almost 2 months on and still no refund and no replacement - really dissapointed as Denton Farla has always been so good - what happened guys!!!
E-mailed seller right after winning to verify costs etc but never heard anything back... ever... Wow YOU don't reply to emails and YOU complete a SNC against ME?! sheesh!
Please, people, I beg you. Do not buy from these guys. I still have not received my products - this is now a year later. They do not respond to your e-mails, your telephone calls, nothing. There is no customer service at all. I have lost all my money - down the drain!!!!!!!
The knives are not the originals as advertised. No markings on the knives as advertised. Used the knives 2 times and already blunt. This set of knives was a cheap set. I queried this with the seller. The only response I received was that they shall look into this as they do not deal with returns or refunds. That was over a month ago.
My motto in life is to say nothing if I cannot say some thing good, but the rest of BoB members need to know what they are dealing with. DO not deal with Great Deal or what ever. Be very carefull of Pietermaritzburg dealers selling the same merchandise, sorry to all the honest dealers in Maritzburg.
Will never deal with any body on BOB who deals from Pietermaritzburg again for incase it is him who deals under a different name. This took more than a month to get the items posted, and then accepted different items as he did not have stock of what he sold. Bad communications had to phone him to try and get responses. Has no commitment to his buyers.
Hi .Here I am giving a good rating to what must be the worst seller on BoB..But thanks to Romae they did right by me ,I hereby urge GD to solve all outstanding issues..And I urge all buyers to be Man/Woman enough to change the ratings once they receive what they paid for ..there is a problem here so lets work together to find a solution....Why don't GD give us some feedback ..a reply to this rating will be a good place to start ....Regards to all of you and good luck.
