We sent this ungreatful buyer a replacement ring seen as though the 1st one had gone missing, that has now suddenly gone "missing" to. Very convenient! I am then blamed for the fact that the postal service loses items especially when it comes to jewellery, yet i have proof of postage that both his items were posted! Whats not fair is blaming the wrong people, you want to blame someone, go blame South African Customs and the Postal Service where i know there is big theft issues going on. Responded 08 Nov 2006
Never received product, after ordering and paying for the product 1.5 months ago. I have mailed the seller several times but still no success (He replied to one of the mails). My request from this seller is simple, deliver the product or refund me. This response will remain negative until this has been done. I recommend that this seller be avoided at all costs, at this point i feel that I have been swindled.
Stop lying all your e-mails were answered. You were given the option to pay for registered airmail which meant the item was tracked and insured, you chose not to take it. Your rating can stay negative! Your item was posted to you and i have the proof of postage. I have no proof that you dont already have the ring as you didnt have to sign for the package. Thats all i have to say on this subject, any buyer will read both sides of this rating and know i am not to blame. Responded 31 Oct 2006
It has been over 3 months now and I have yet to see this ring. I made the payment less than 30 min after the sale was completed and I have no reason to lie about not receiving the ring.

Oh yes it so much easier to blame the seller, as if were are the ones delivering the item to your home. If you have a problem, contact your postal service who i know are all over the news with the issues that are happening there. You will probably find your item there. I apologise for my previous response, it seems I was to eager to receive my purchase. I apologise to the seller for the negative response. I will rate the seller once again when I receive the purchase, so that I may give an accurate rating!

Thanks, very nice ring. Just a suggestion, the ring is posted and delivered in my postbox, not very secure with the value on the package. Next time rater send it to the nearest post office registered mail. Thanks

Your item was sent to you and i have proof of postage for your item. I suggest you listen to your news in south africa where it has made headlines regarding theft in the postal service in south africa. If you have a problem, complain to them, but i see how easy it is for someone like you to just blame the seller, its always their fault, and if you buyers dont get your item then all us sellers are made out to be theifs and con artists. Your ring was sent to you! We have no proof you dont have it as it was sent regular airmail ( no signiture required) As far as we know you could have the ring and just trying to get a refund.
