I waited for the item to be delivered but the SA post office took their time and did not receive the item in time for Christmas but however the wait was worth the time as it is a spectacular watch
Unfortunately the parcel got lost on route from Australia. However, Grant refunded my money in full. It was a bit of a hassle though and time consuming, but I am not blaming Sunduzi. It is definately the fault of the SA post. And of course I dont have the watch I wanted ??!! lol
I am not judging you, but for some reason I didn't receive the item I already paid for. I learnt a good leason, to only deal with South African bids and to also pay insurances. I though you were from PM Burg and I was going to fetch myself, not from Australia.
RE: clothing item, I am sorry you have not recieved your item of clothing to date. We did inform by both email and phone that the item had to be sent from Aust and recommended insurance cover be taken out. We now require all bidders to take out insurance so that a full refund can be provided in the event of loss by South Afican Post. Responded 24 Aug 2004
