I paid for next day delivery and only received the supposedly new palm 3 days later via Speedservices counter to counter. Thus I paid 4 times what it actually cost to courier the package. The palm arrived wrapped in a dish cloth with a few scratches on the back panel. The memory card only arrived the next day. Gotto was uncooperative when an enquiry was made and said that HE doesn't have time to courier small packages like this and that the cost of postage was what HE charged.
