Sorry for the Neutral Rating. Would have been positive if the phone was in better condition according to the description. Auction said it was in excellent condition hardly used. The phone was full of small scratches and dust. Looks like it was used alot! Phone did not meet it's description, hence the neutral rating. Responded 28 Oct 2004
