There was no initial response to e-mails and Joe Philpott stated in a telephonic follow-up, that the sale would be concluded by Sat 9 July. That was also not done and a SNC had to be filed on 11 July.
Joe Philpott's response to the SNC: "i do not take lightly to being threatened if you wish to black list me on your site please feel free to do so my suircum stances have changed i have lost my job and had to move to Durban in order to try get employment"
