I think you have a problem with yourself. i sold you a IMATE Pocket pC Brand new in the box with a lot f extras (2x 128MB SD, Wi-Fi SD, HandyMap, plus Registered Software for the PDA Worth R.5500 ...etc...etc..etc...) and you're happy to buy the item Six (6) month ago. now that you feel that the Phone its outdated... you have a problem with it... I'm hoping that you will reconsider the Neutral rating you gave. because I explained to you when you filed the snc that I was Overseas on Holiday and that I would collect the item before the 12/01/2006 and I collected the item much earlier on the 09/01/2006. Also to my surprise one of the items I got Airbus 340-600 had a cracked wing, but I¿¿¿m not complaining... Responded 12 Jan 2006

Pleasant enough over phone leading up to payment/purchase. Unsatisfactory sorting out of evidently faulty TV. Waiting more than 1 week for response on how to sort out Faulty TV
