When i went to pick up the item and got home i put batteries into the camera only to see that it must have fallen or something as the LCD display on the camcorder had a black blur on more than half the screen where you could not see the clips at all.
And when i phoned to complain was told that she is only the middleman for the seller and the buyer and all she can do is bring me another camera. I asked to rather have my money back and wouldnt use this seller in future
The truth is when you picked it up it was in a box new.The issue is that you did not communicate with your husband about your purchase and the result of him not wanting you to have the camera. I also sent you couple of messages and it took you time to get the camera. You gave a story about your inbox being destroyed. In the future work with your significant other to make purchase decisions and not give sellers bad ratings just because you can. Responded 30 Sep 2005
The product was only available 2 weeks later.Communication was very bad.On the day the camera was supposed to be posted,I phoned the number the whole day,no response. After payment,I emailed the confirmation.I was told to fax it,only to get an error message.I spent an entire hour trying to fax.
Banking details only given telephonically, and is incorrect. I've sent 3 x e-mails to e-mail address supplied on bid-or-buy and phoned 2x. The answer that I was given - the product belongs to my brother?! No further response from seller on request of ID nr and address for security purposes.
