Buyer bought products & was not willing to pay for postage to Namibia.
Buyer had been advised that items were ready for collection from our store which he had agreed to send his driver to collect.
Driver does not speak coherently and advises that I must have items delivered to Toti which is way out of my way.
Eventually the driver provides an address in prospection where the goods had been delivered.
As for the product the quality is good & we have sold many without problems.
The reason as explained to the seller,was our countrie's customs difficulty.And I would definitely do a little x-tra for a client from another country!(it would be beneficial to my business reputation).And the quality of the product is(confirmed by my friends also)as of inferior quality.Sorry for just being honest.
