Never rcvd your reply about the RAM. The fact is the batt does not keep a charge. You are not responsible for delays but never sent the tracking nr. You are not an injured party and you have been paid. "I did my part" is never a good argument BTW. Rather be honest and say "I did as much as I am prepared to do for the profit that I made."
