Client did not phone me as I required and took more than a week to get back to me. Furthermore the product was advertised wrong. The add read that I will get a "Centrino" and I've received a "Celeron." That I consider as false advertising and never would've did the transaction if I knew that before hand.
The product was delivered in good order but it was not as advertised.. A model NX7010 was advertised but an NX7000 was delivered. The seller has failed to respond to a query.
After numerous times of trying to contact the seller, he eventually responded via email. The key words are "GHD STYLE", this hair iron is CORIOLLIS make and NOT a GHD! I must admit that it works just as well, but who knows if I was ripped off!! I won't do this again,rather buy from a reputable shop/salon so U can C what U R getting!

Your order was delivered to you on the same day you requested it to be. How can you say that its not functioning properly when all you have to do is register the software with mircosoft prior to using it? There are no lame excuses for you not being computer literate. Leaving negative feedback for me because you dont know how to use the pc is just dumb of you!!! Explain what else you are waiting for? You got the laptop, battery, charger. Selling under false pretence:
-S35GP was advertised got a VGN FS285M.
-Buzzing sound coming from the machine!
-No driver disks or installation.
-GERMAN Keyboard, cannot type.
-No XP disk or docs.
-No invoke.
-No warranty certificate.
The service and communication sucks:

What do you mean selling under false pretence? The laptop we sold you works perfectly. You have a problem with the keyboard and we gladly said that we will collect, swop out the keyboard and return it to you. Our auction listing never said anything about any discs included in the auction, so if you presumed that it will be comming with any, you were wrong. Waited approximately 3 weeks for delivery of the product and battled to get the tracking number from the seller. After contacting the seller several times on his cellphone I was assured each time that the product had been dispatched (which it hadn't), so when it was finally sent off it only took 1 day to arrive at my post office. Would have appreciated a more honest approach from the seller. I would'nt buy another product in this manner!
You were advised many times that this product is fully imported and our suppliers of the GHD products were on back order when you placed your order. As soon as the product arrived in stock, your order was dispatched. When we sent you the request for payment we confirm that most of the GHD orders are shipped within 7 days. Sometime slower. Very unprofessional and NOT trustworthy at all. I paid the money over on 9 March - receive half the goods on 26 March - I was promised and paid for priority mail! Send back the purchase on 28 March because of misleading advertised product - it was collected on 30 March - and SOME refund was only paid on 7 April 2006.
Your comment is a load of bull. You received your Hair straightener and then wanted a refund becuase you did not see what make you where buying. We GLADLY refunded your money when we received the item, less the shipping costs and sellers fee, and there is absolutely nothing wrong with that. Item advertised as pick up. Seller changed to postal delivery. Tens later, the seller has advised that he has no stock. Why advertise an item and accept payment if you have no stock
The GHDs are imported. Our suppliers were on back order. Your order would have went out on Monday but we happy to refund you in full. Note, we are the cheapest in the country with the GHD products and have sold to many satisfied clients. The GHD orders just go out a bit slower than others. Responded 06 Apr 2006
Received laptop within 72hrs. Very happy with the purchase, would deal with this user again :)... UPDATE: A week or so after I bought the laptop it failed to power on. I have tried numerous occasions via email and telephone to contact Rick from RoyalFinance and he has not replied to me. Obviously after sales service is something this seller does not believe in. I'm having 2nd thoughts about this purchase.
Item purchased was returned on 24/04/2006 as it was faulty.
To date 12/06/2006, after two months of constantly calling a number which is not answered and after endless emails, I've received no further feedback and had no refund made which was promised on 22/05/2006.
I have paid for a product which I do not have and I¿¿¿m unable to contact this ¿¿¿Supplier¿¿¿ by phone and emails are not answered.

You did not even buy the laptop, how could it be not a personal purchase and how can it be hard to say? You wasted my time, and I had to file an SNC with bidorbuy to get my sellers fee credited back to my account cause you promised to make payment and then never did. You are a dead beat. No communication, I eventualy got the product, but due to the worry of not hearing from the seller even after I aranged a pick up that didnt happen, never again
have never order via the net before and was very nervous - but was very impressed with the seller - the product was despatched timeously and was received in good condition.
